The
Navigator Employee Attitudes Analysis © In less than 10 business days, a full report can be tabled that analyzes the morale and attitudes of any size work group and contains specific recommendations for improvement. Employees are provided with an anonymous survey instrument that measures their attitudes and views on 40 important factors that are grouped in the areas of Working Conditions, Communications, Employee Relations and Teamwork, Supervision, Responsibility and Training, Promotion, and Corporate Responsiveness to Customers. The study identifies particular pockets of high and low performance within the organization and also identifies the effectiveness of various supervisors. From this data particular problem areas are easily identified and practical remediation plans can be generated. Clients such as the City of Kitchener, Olmpia & York, Charcoal Steakhouse Family of Restaurants, The Stratford-Perth Family, Navion Financial Development Consultants, and the Victoria Park Community Homes have implemented this analysis with great success.
